On the mawart login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your email address or username, and we will send you a password reset link to your registered email. Payments and transactions

If your deposit or withdrawal does not complete, check your mawart account to see if the transaction shows as pending or failed. If it shows as pending, wait a few hours—some payment methods take time to process. If it shows as failed, the funds should return to your original payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account) within one to two business days. If the funds do not return, or if you see a charge but no credit to your mawart account, contact our support team with your transaction ID and payment method. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

mawart does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or your bank—online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) may charge a small fee depending on your account type and transaction size. Check with your payment provider for their fee schedule. The amount you request is the amount that will be deducted from your mawart account; any payment-provider fees are separate and charged by them, not by mawart.

Games and markets

mawart offers four main categories. Live-dealer tables include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger in multi-camera studios with real dealers. Football and sportsbook markets cover Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League, and other tournaments. Slot games include Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways 2. Esports markets cover Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile. Each category is accessible from the main menu, and you can browse available games and markets at any time.

If you have a promotion code, enter it in your account settings under "Promotions" or "Bonus Codes." Paste the code exactly as provided and click "Apply." The system will validate the code and show you the promotion details (such as bonus terms and expiry date). If the code is valid and you meet the eligibility requirements, the bonus will be credited to your account.
